Please read these terms carefully before using Lynxs. They explain your rights and responsibilities as a user.

1. Acceptance of terms

  • By creating an account or using Lynxs, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree, please do not use Lynxs.
  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

2. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts for the purpose of abuse.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Lynxs.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

  • You may use Lynxs to create digital menus, flipbooks, and link pages for lawful purposes.
  • You may not use Lynxs to publish illegal content, spam, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our infrastructure.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

4. Your content

  • You own the content you upload and create on Lynxs.
  • By publishing content on Lynxs, you grant us a limited license to store and serve it to your visitors.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it beyond operating the service.

5. Free beta and future pricing

  • Lynxs is currently free during beta. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future.
  • We will give registered users reasonable notice before any free features become paid.
  • A free tier will remain available after paid plans are introduced.

6. Service availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

  • Lynxs is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon termination, your public pages will go offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
